Supervise daily maintenance activities for school buildings, classrooms, offices, and facilities.

Ensure all electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repairs are completed on time.

Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.

Regularly inspect school buildings to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.

Ensure school facilities are safe and comply with safety standards.

Quickly respond to emergency repairs or maintenance issues.

Support room setup, furniture arrangements, and facility preparation for school events or activities.

Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks.

Monitor staff performance and ensure work is completed efficiently.

Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when needed.

Monitor quality of work from external vendors.

Maintain records of maintenance activities.

Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Technical field.

Technical training in building maintenance is an advantage.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.

Experience supervising maintenance staff is preferred.
