Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Factory Maintenance: Oversee the repair and maintenance of production machinery, generators, air compressors, and electrical systems.
Facility Management: Maintain office infrastructure, including HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and general facility upkeep.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and execute a scheduled maintenance program to minimize downtime.
Operational Control: Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and manage emergency repairs effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and repair costs.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations.

Job Requirements

Education: AGTI in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in a factory or industrial environment.
Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge with the ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
Location: Candidates residing in Hlaing Tharyar or nearby areas are preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for maintaining records and preparing reports.
