Job Title: Project/Site Supervisor (Construction)
Location: Mandalay / Yangon

  • Oversee and manage daily project operations and execution plans.
  • Ensure smooth workflow by preparing and arranging necessary construction materials in advance.
  • Deliver projects that meet quality standards and ensure timely completion in accordance with the schedule.
  • Take responsibility for achieving company-defined targets and completion benchmarks by identifying effective methods, driving team performance, supervising tasks, monitoring progress, and minimizing waste or loss.
  • Accurately estimate and calculate materials required for site operations.
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and improve, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Coordinate and align weekly planning activities with the office in advance.
  • Supervise and ensure high-quality workmanship on site.
  • Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and supervise laborers and contractors at the construction site.

Job Requirements

  • Must have B.E (civil)
  • Minium (5-8)years of working experience in construction 
  • Knowledge in Auto CAD and MS Office
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Must be self - motivated and Hardworking
