Developing business development strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing government authorities, and partner companies
Having an in-depth knowledge of business development in industrial zone developments
Writing business proposals in both Burmese and English
Negotiating commercial and other business-related subjects with stakeholders
Identifying and mapping business SWOT for the projects
Researching new business opportunities and quick-win income streams
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing or business-related fields
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
Strong Finance, Marketing and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS office and IT
Proficiency in English and Burmese
The ability to travel constantly
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
Experience working to and exceeding targets
