Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring both digital marketing and offline/ATL media campaigns across all networks. Experience in marketing and social media management with traditional media preferably.
  • Develop and Manage all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluate trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Measure, analyze and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions
  • Analysis and report performance of all media Campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Manage and Evaluate online marketing campaigns to include, social media, Website management, and work with the Brand team on the offline elements to ensure campaigns are fully integrated.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Defining and Exploring strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across digital platforms and customer touch points.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in executing online customer acquisition campaigns at large scale.
  • Knowledge of leading technology tools used for carious marketing campaigns.
  • Relevant work experience in digital marketing roles in product companies/ start-ups.
  • Experience in digital media agencies also preferred.
  • Hands on experience in handling digital creatives, social media marketing, search related marketing, display marketing, paid campaigns, mobile marketing and app installs campaigns.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter, driven team player who is motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activities.
  • Consistent effort, intense commitment, perseverance and willingness to ho above and beyond when needed.
  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing at a managerial level. (preferable 10 years of experiences)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or business is required; professional services industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in traditional media will be a plus point.
