-Design the area planning and assign proper configuration for radio, frequency, and capacity to ensure optimum balance between quality and coverage at an optimal cost.

-Contribute for government requirement in radio network planning.

-Manage the whole radio network design task by coordinated schedule with DGM/DyDGM and other team.

-Manage risk/issue/problem/organization and report to DGM/DyDGM and Program Management Team.

-Manage the PTD request items, related activities cooperate with DGM/DyDGM.

-Manage whole project under Radio Network Design Team with PID (Project Initiation Document).

-Acquire a wide range of technical knowledge for new technology as 5G,AI,IoT and general skill for management and communication

-Conduct motivation-up, mental support, communication and feedback, goal setting, problem solving, logical thinking, negotiation, persuasion and presentation skill

-Process creation and maintenance skill

-Program Management Knowledge (PMBOK)

-2G(GSM)/3G(UMTS)/4G(LTE) basic technical knowledge and Radio Network Design/Planning skill

-Implementing and create mobile radio network and lead the worldwide new telecom technology trend with minimum cost and asset

-Effectively utilize the RAN design and optimization tool to easily fine and solve the issue  to fulfill customer satisfaction

-Project Management and vendor management skill

-Team management skill

-Over 15 years telecom experience

-Total over 10 years Program and/or Project management experience

-Over 10 years team or department management experience
