Manager (IT Core & Digital Banking) is responsible for overseeing and managing core banking systems and digital banking initiatives to ensure seamless operations, innovation, and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, define goals, and ensure alignment with business strategies.
• Lead and contribute to the planning, design, and development of IT core banking and digital banking projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Finance, and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and accountability.
• Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and organizational expectations.
• Prepare and manage administrative documentation such as project proposals, cost estimates, invoices, schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Apply appropriate IT project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to deliver efficient and effective project outcomes.
• Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Support continuous improvement of core banking systems and digital platforms to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and system reliability.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (B.C.Sc), Information Technology Engineering (B.E IT), or any related field with an IT Diploma.
• Minimum (4) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems and digital banking platforms.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in IT project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
