Identify Internet and Mobile Banking needs
Develop User Requirement Specification
User Acceptance Testing
Design UAT Test Plan, Test Scripts and Test Scenarios
Roll out Internet and Mobile Banking Services
Enhance IB/MB Services
Liaise with stakeholders for rollouts
Implement E-commerce Tie-Ups
Support Post rollout issues
Attend to customer complaints
Investigate and resolve customer problems
Train Branch staff
Migrate customers to use IB/MB service
Run marketing activities to create product awareness and usage
To recruit Merchants for bill payments

Job Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s degree, IT degree holder will be an advantage
Minimum (3) years working experience in Internet & Mobile Banking
Must have completed at least (1) Mobile Banking and Internet Project
Must have some working IT knowledge
Be able to guide and lead teams
Proficient in English Language (written & spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
