Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and product releases based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Define product requirements and create detailed product specifications.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Create and manage product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and marketing collateral.
Monitor product performance post-launch and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
Analyze data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and areas for product enhancement.
Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role; managerial experience preferred.
Proven ability to translate customer needs and business goals into product requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and user behavior.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with IT hardware/software solutions is an advantage.
