Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Lead and manage digital transformation projects across business units.
Coordinate with Executive Director Office, IT Department, and operational teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
Work closely with the Developer Team to ensure system requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and system rollouts.
Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and user manuals are prepared.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of project management or system implementation experience.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of business process improvement and digital systems is preferred.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, senior management, and software developers.
Strong understanding of business process automation and enterprise systems.
Experience with ERP, workflow systems, asset management, inventory systems, or operational platforms is preferred.
