• Quantity Surveying and Drafting of Electrical, P&S, ACMV System.
• Design calculation, cost estimation, prepare bill of quantities for M&E services for public and commercial projects.
• Develop and collaborate AutoCAD 2D Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering drawings for submission, adhering to established specifications and standards.
• Supervise and check subcontractor’s works at site according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method of statement and local codes and regulations.
• Prepare weekly work schedules and documents.
• Attend department meetings to view project progress, schedule and used of the material list to date.
• Daily site supervision and coordination with vendor of on-going sites
• Assist and reporting to Project Manager.
• Can travel to all sites locations which are located around the Myanmar

• BE (EP or Mechanical) plus Construction Management & M&E course
• Minimum (2 or 3) years’ experience in M&E Field
• Experienced in Building M&E System
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/ auto CAD.
• Have knowledge in safety management and quality management
• Can travel anywhere as per job assign.
• Good at personality, teamwork and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent in written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both Myanmar and English.
