We are looking for an experienced/Entry Level Telecom Power Engineer with expertise in Diesel Generators (DG), Rectifier systems, and EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and project execution of telecom power infrastructure at sites.

Telecom Power Systems

• Installation, testing, and commissioning of DG sets, Rectifiers, SMPS, Battery Banks (VRLA/Li-ion).
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply at telecom sites as per SLA.
• Troubleshoot power alarms, rectifier failures, DG issues, and battery performance problems.

DG Operations & Maintenance

• Supervise DG installation, synchronization, and load testing.
• Monitor fuel consumption, PM schedules, breakdowns, and vendor activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and OEM guidelines.

EPC Project Execution

• Handle end-to-end EPC activities for telecom power projects.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and OEM teams for timely project completion.
• Prepare BOQ, technical specifications, drawings, and as-built documents.
• Site survey, design validation, material planning, and installation supervision.

Maintenance & Compliance

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of power equipment.
• Maintain site documentation, PM records, and fault reports.
• Ensure compliance with customer standards and regulatory norms.

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaison with customers, vendors, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress and performance reports.
• Support audits, acceptance tests, and handover documentation.

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Telecom Power Systems
• Expertise in DG sets, Rectifiers, SMPS, Batteries
• Experience in Telecom EPC projects
• Ability to read electrical drawings and SLDs
• Basic understanding of AC/DC power calculations
• Vendor and site management skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of Energy Management Systems
• Willingness to travel and work at field sites
