Contractor Management:

  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with contractors regarding M&E technical specifications and project progress.

Site Inspection:

  • Willingness to conduct site visits to monitor installations and ensure quality control as required.

Teamwork:

  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) specializing in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum of (2) years of relevant professional experience in the M&E field.

Technical Skills:  

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D for designing and reviewing layouts.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and data management.

Functional Skills:  

  • Ability to draft Water & Electrical (M&E) drawings.
  • Proven capability in preparing accurate Cost Estimations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for M&E works.
