Motivates HVAC technicians to increase their productivity and meets work goals
Supervises the installation, repair, overhaul and maintenance of HVAC/ refrigeration systems
Controls HVAC team for Chiller operation
Performs daily inspection of HVAC system and machine conditions
Makes schedules, assigning of work and training of HVAC technicians
Estimates time and material requirements of assigned work projects
Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, engineers and others operations or maintenance
Prepares sketches of proposed work and assists in the design and specifications of planned jobs or contracts
Operates in accordance with M&E policies and procedures
Checks and follow up the departmental daily information book
Fosters a respectful, collaborative work environment with co-workers and other departments
Maintains routine records and prepares reports to Assistant M&E Manager (or) M&E Manager
Performs and takes responsible for other duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

Must have a relevant degree from AGTI or B.E(MP/EP) and a certificate.
Age must be between 25 and 40 years old.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with a license related to Air Con and Chiller systems.
Must be able to perform the operation,maintenance and troubleshooting of water-cooled chillers.
Must have knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems and be able to perform related tasks.
