  • Generator running, daily check out generator fitness, maintain the generator 
  • Aircon servicing and maintain all of Aircon, installation new Aircon with out source company (if need)
  • Maintain facilities (Electric, Office, Storage, Water pipe, Toilets, etc)
  • Arrange the security route
