• Review M&E design drawings and specifications, and provide technical support during planning and execution phases.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for M&E installation and integration.
• Supervise M&E works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
• Manage M&E documentation such as method statements, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of M&E works within budget and schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve M&E technical issues during construction.
• Ensure all M&E installations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers on M&E matters.
• Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in M&E works within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in site supervision, coordination, and project execution.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and construction processes.
• Familiar with local and international building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office.
• Good project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
