Oversee the efficient management of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Lead the maintenance and repairs of facility infrastructure, including civil, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, mechanical, workplace and environmental safety systems.

Manage and supervise the contracts with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and technical services.

Plan and supervise the renovation and improvement projects to enhance facility efficiency.

Ensure adherence to safety, health, and regulatory standards across all facilities.

Monitor budgets for facility operations and implement cost-control measures.

Conduct inspections and audits to maintain high operational standards.

Setup and supervise the engineering team and foster a performance-driven culture.

Implement sustainable and energy-efficient practices in facility operations.

Collaborate with other departments to align facility management with organizational objectives.

Duties and responsibilities assigned by CLL HEALTH Management as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Diploma or Master Degree in Business Management would be an added advantage.

At least 10 years of relevant experience, with expertise in healthcare facilities preferred.

Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.

Experience in managing multidisciplinary technical teams and external vendors.

Proficient in facility management software and reporting tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
