Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Regularly check & monitor the Aircon System / Audio System / Projector System etc. and able to maintain and repair regularly to minimize the damage.
  • Understand the work flow and able to maintain the electrical / water lines of the building.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facilities installed in the building.
  • Maintain the fixed assets used in the building in timely manner.
  • Inspecting equipment and conducting maintenance.
  • Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
  • Removing old equipment and installing new machines if it is needed.
  • Proving technical support for new equipment.
  • Monitoring and checking other vendor's work quality and completion.
  • Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.
  • Follow the supervision and instructions of the manager in the admin department.
  • Submit the daily report to the senior management level for the assigned tasks.
  • Assist in the daily operation of the Admin Department as required.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job

Job Requirements

  • AGTI (or) B-Tech/BE (Mechanical, or Electrical power) holder
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experiences in relevant field
  • Good computer skill in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English (4 skills).
  • Must have good personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate with different type of people from different background
  • Positive (can do) attitude with ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to travel across Myanmar
