Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manages the overall preventive and corrective maintenance of network elements in his domain.
  • Plans Preventive & Corrective maintenance according to network elements and contract requirements. Implements, monitors, controls, and follows up with issues found till closure.
  • Communicates and explains the plan to related teams or persons, and dispatches teams according to the schedule.
  • Ensures that he/she read all contract carefully related to preventive maintenance scope and SLA.
  • Ensures effective use of Client /Internal software (i-TSM & M-ITSM) for preventive maintenance scheduling.

  • Able to manage in planning Preventive & Corrective maintenance, implementing, monitoring, and follows up with issues found till closure.

Job Requirements

  •   4-5 years’ O&M experience in Telecom industry.
  •    Must have 4 years of experience in PM of Power infra like DG and power cabinet
  • Familiar with MS office, communication tools like emails.
  • Must have soft skills, Microsoft Excel, Email coordination

  • Should be able to speak and communicate well in English
