Oversee the construction, fitting, and testing of ship systems (mechanical, propulsion, piping, HVAC, and fuel systems).
Supervise installation of marine engines, generators, and other onboard machinery.
Conduct trials and ensure compliance with design performance criteria.
3. Maintenance & Inspection
Plan and supervise maintenance, repair, and refit projects for ships and marine systems.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all designs and projects comply with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and relevant class society requirements (e.g., ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register).
Support audits, inspections, and certification processes.
Maintain quality standards in all engineering and technical operations.
6. Innovation & Development
Research emerging marine technologies (hybrid propulsion, green energy, smart ship systems).
Contribute to R&D for sustainable marine development and shipyard modernization projects.
