Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily on-site operations.
  • Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Supervise proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
  •  Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Support logistics and delivery arrangements for materials and tools.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate on-site documentation and daily progress reports.
  • Identify and report operational challenges or delays to the Project Engineer.
  • Enforce site discipline, attendance, and compliance with company regulations.
  • Support in testing, inspection, and handover processes when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in site operation, maintenance, or project support roles.
  • Strong understanding of construction, installation, or engineering processes.
  • Basic knowledge of safety practices and quality control procedures.
  • Good understanding of solar components: inverters, modules, junction boxes, transformers, etc.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with multi-level teams.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and willing to travel or stay at project sites as required.
