Assist in planning and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Responsible for generating, managing, and administering lead generation activities, ensuring proper handover of leads to relevant commercial resources.
Promote product and solution highlights in alignment with overall business strategy.
Represent the company at exhibitions and summits, deliver seminars to industry professionals, write technical articles for media, and collaborate closely with teams on marketing communication efforts.
Conduct technical training sessions for end customers and partners.
Continuously challenge and improve existing processes, creating best-practice systems to support business goals.
Prepare monthly business performance follow-ups by customer and business segment.
Organize customer visits, distributor conferences, and support translations to meet target goals.
Conduct local market studies, economic forecasts, and proactive marketing campaigns.
Maintain, analyze, and develop reports from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, sharing insights and recommendations.
Prepare and deliver presentations using appropriate platforms.
Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills with both internal teams and clients.
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies in driving sales.
Stay informed on current market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree; management experience is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing of property, buildings, commercial units, shops, and residential spaces.
Proficient in market research, sales reporting, and solutions using PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.
Action-oriented with a strong drive for results, both individually and in teams.
Confident in working independently and handling conflict or ambiguity.
Proactive and reactive problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
Knowledgeable in data analysis, report writing, and company policies.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
