Summary (Read This First)

The Marketing Executive is a mid-level leadership role responsible for executing campaigns, managing assistants, and ensuring measurable results in lead generation, events, and digital content.

This role requires someone who can balance hands-on work with leadership of junior staff, take ownership of projects, and consistently deliver KPIs.

 

Key Responsibilities & KPIs

  1. Campaign Execution

    • Plan and deliver 1–2 campaigns per quarter across digital and offline channels.

    • KPI: At least 70% of campaigns achieve their lead or engagement targets.
       

  2. Lead Generation

    • Contribute to Elevate’s overall target.

    • KPI: 300 qualified leads per month team-wide, with individual contribution tracked.
       

  3. Content Delivery

    • Supervise assistants and ensure all content is published according to the calendar.

    • KPI: 100% on-time publishing across social media and video channels.
       

  4. Influencer Marketing Support

    • Manage or coordinate influencer collaborations.

    • KPI: 1–2 influencer campaigns per month under AM/GM guidance.
       

  5. Media Buying

    • Assist with ad campaign setup and monitoring.

    • KPI: Support achieving 3x ROI on paid campaigns.
       

  6. Events & Fairs

    • Plan and execute 1 student recruitment event or fair per quarter.

    • KPI: Generate minimum 100 qualified leads per event.
       

  7. Reporting

    • Submit weekly campaign updates and monthly reports on performance.
       

  8. Flexibility & Travel

    • Travel frequently across Myanmar to support fairs and campaigns.

    • KPI: Zero missed assigned events, even if evenings/weekends are required.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, with exposure to digital campaigns and events.

  • Strong knowledge of social media, video content, and digital ads.

  • Supervisory experience or potential to manage assistants.

  • Good English and Burmese communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
