The Marketing Insights Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing data to help us make informed decisions about our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of marketing concepts, and experience using data analysis tools.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources, including customer surveys, website analytics, social media analytics, and sales data.

• Identify trends and patterns in the data to help inform marketing strategies.

• Create reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in marketing campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our marketing strategies are effective and innovative.

• Attend events where KBZPay is participating - occasionally, these events will be on weekends and evenings. 

• Sign up new customers to KBZPay.

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and marketing mix.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with large datasets and SQL is a plus.
