This specialist plays a cross-functional execution role that consolidates responsibilities from GTM, Program Management, and Marketing Management. This individual will operationalize go-to-market strategies, co-own integrated campaign execution, and contribute to the rollout of business-critical programs and initiatives across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Support & GTM Planning
Assist in developing integrated GTM strategies across new launches, pilots, and product campaigns.
Translate business objectives into structured marketing and communication action plans.
Support campaign concepting and internal readiness discussions with product and business units.
Execution & Campaign Rollout
Draft detailed GTM work plans and timelines with assigned ownership.
Coordinate development of campaign toolkits: FAQs, pitch decks, internal guides, and checklists.
Liaise with internal teams including Creative, Digital, Risk, Legal, and Business to finalize execution requirements.
Internal Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate alignment meetings and internal briefing sessions.
Track execution progress and escalate gaps or bottlenecks proactively.
Maintain documentation including readiness trackers, status updates, and communication logs.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
Consolidate post-launch reports and frontline feedback.
Track campaign KPIs and support reporting to senior managers.
Contribute to post-mortem evaluations and knowledge sharing.
Program & Budget Coordination
Assist in budgeting, vendor coordination, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with internal financial and procurement protocols.
Monitor program timelines, deliverables, and financial milestones.
Communication Skills
Effectively communicate within the team.
Ask for clarity to ensure own understanding.
Demonstrate SPEAKING OUT.

Job Requirements
Education & Special Training
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Desirable
Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder management.
Experience working in the financial sector or corporate marketing.
Knowledge & Skills
Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and content creation.
Expertise in campaign performance measurement, scaling, and reporting.
Regulatory compliance awareness and risk management knowledge.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital analytics platforms.
Strategic mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust plans.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
