Position Purpose

This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across channels, while closely working with Marcom, BI, Mobile, Tech and cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies across paid media channels
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including media planning, setup, optimization, testing, and scaling

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Continuously monitor KPIs, budgets, and pacing to meet business targets
  • Conduct A/B testing for creative, bidding strategies, and landing pages

3. Reporting & Insights

  • Create performance dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Implement budget allocations based on performance, channel, and campaign objective

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marcom, Tech, BI team on campaign tracking, tech setup, and attribution
  • Align with finance and operations for invoice processing, third-party payments, and media budgeting

5. Tooling & Platform Management

  • Solid background of using and utilizing paid-media tools
  • Ensure compliance with tracking, UTM tagging, privacy regulations, and platform policies

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (in-house or agency side)
  • Proven track record managing $10K+ monthly budgets
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Paid Media Ads
  • Familiarity with programmatic buying, DSPs/SSPs is a plus
  • Skilled in using Excel/Sheets, Data Studio, Looker, or similar reporting tools
  • Experience in eCommerce, app marketing, or lead-gen funnels preferred
  • Understanding of media invoicing, finance approvals, and credit card setups is a plus
