Develop and manage the overall content strategy across all channels (website, social media, email, campaigns, blogs, etc.)

Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.

Lead and supervise content creators, writers, designers, and videographers to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.

Optimize content for SEO and digital performance to increase organic reach and conversions.

Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and strategic posting.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

Monitor content performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports to improve effectiveness.

Ensure content accuracy, tone, and compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.

Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to keep content strategies relevant.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or brand communication.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media algorithms.

Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media tools, and analytics platforms.

Creative, strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
