Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop cross-platform content strategies and monthly plans aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify audience insights, trends, and opportunities that drive engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and design teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across platforms.

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Write and adapt content in Myanmar and English — including posts, captions, taglines, campaign copy, and community replies.
  • Localize global ideas for Myanmar audiences with cultural relevance and authenticity.
  • Maintain tone-of-voice guidelines and ensure brand consistency.

Community Management

  • Manage and monitor brand pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Engage with audiences, moderate comments, and maintain a positive online presence for each brand.
  • Respond to trends, events, or conversations with timely, creative interactions.

Research, Insights & Reporting

  • Use tools like Bindez, FanpageKarma, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics to track performance.
  • Turn data into stories — preparing insight reports, sentiment analyses, and recommendations for future content improvement.
  • Work with strategists and media teams to align content performance with campaign KPIs.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative teams to brief and shape visual or campaign directions.
  • Coordinate with media and strategy departments for integrated campaign planning.
  • Support internal content for the agency’s own platforms and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content planning, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Strong writing and translation skills in Myanmar and English (grammar, tone, and style).
  • Familiarity with digital analytics, social listening, and insight generation tools.
  • Bonus: Experience with paid media, influencer campaigns, or short-form video ideation.
