Customer Relationship Management:Plan to strengthen relationships with B2B and B2C customers, propagate Customer Advocacy of Aventine Products through effective CRM planning.
Input on Aventine Go to Market Strategy for Seeds – Crop Nutrition - & Crop Protection Products – Agri Services and drive new product campaign ideas.
Drive digital marketing tools – FB, Twitter, SMS, Farmer Apps and Farmer Call Centre.

Job Requirements

Graduate in Science / Agriculture. PG Diploma in Marketing Management
At least 2- 3 years’ experiencein marketing and knowledge of agri business and understanding of rural marketing is preferred
Proficiency in Burmese and English language
Working experience of rural marketing / agri product marketing
High result orientation
Good in MS Office and handling of software applications
