Job Description

1. Developing marketing strategiws and implementing seasonal and organizational marketing fampaign that enhance the internal organization’s  productivity and improve community awareness.
2. Submmitting the marketing budget and prospective expenses including gross – profit plan in timely and reasonably
3. Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review and appraisal,reward and individual recongnition.
4. Creating a strong relationship with internal and external customers for business growth and long-term success in working progress.
5. Must be submitted in daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly report and plan to Management Team.
6. Developing the right marketing communication through various platforms like billboard advertising, Social media , Digital , PR, Merchandising ,Channel Management, Promotional Activity ,Sponsorship and Celebrity Engagement.
7. Managing and monitoring the activities of all staff and make sure to follow the standard operation procedure at the time.
8. Developing an internal work flow procedure,standard operation procedures , departmental chat and regulations, KPI charts and related developing procedures as necessary
9. Generate a legible contract  or agreement proposal or program formally and timely
10. Must be  responsible on digital scripts, posting program, media production-line, designing guidelines and content creation ideas.
11. Must be understood the marketing and sales of nature, product  creation,habitual-culture and event arrangement.

Job Requirement

1. Any Graduate  (Medical Backgroung Preferrable – M.B.B.S ,Pharm ,Paramedical )
2. At Least five years of Sales & Marketing experience in Healthcare and Aesthetic Industry
3. Proven recommendation Letter and experienced history is a plus
4. Proficiency with computers, especially Writing programs ,such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel , Outlook, Powerpoint, Google Meet and Microsoft Team.
5. Exceptional time management, team management , customer service management skills.
6. Must be written with both English and Myanmar (Unicode ) font.
