A Big Opportunity for ...

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase client acquisition, brand awareness, and clinic revenue.
Oversee digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website) and run high-converting paid ad campaigns.
Collaborate with doctors and creators to produce visually appealing, medically accurate, and trend-focused aesthetic content.
Plan and execute seasonal promotional campaigns, treatment launch events, and VIP client engagement programs.
Analyze key marketing metrics, track campaign ROI, and continuously optimize footfall and client retention rate.
Ensure all marketing collateral and advertisements strictly comply with medical and advertising regulations.
Monitor industry trends, emerging aesthetic treatments, and competitor pricing to keep the clinic’s offerings competitive and innovative.
Identify, partner with, and manage relationships with beauty influencers and celebrity ambassadors.
Collaborate with front-desk and clinic management teams to improve client touchpoints, follow-up strategies, and overall customer experience.
Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns while controlling costs.

Job Requirements

Any Gradurate
Diploma degree in Marketing, Business Manager or a related field.
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Minimum 3 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in the Aesthetics, Beauty, or Healthcare industry.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media analytics, content strategy, and performance ad tools.
Creative vision, strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of current aesthetic trends.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
