  • Drive development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with company vision, providing leadership through collaboration and goal-setting.
  • Manage daily marketing activities across Brand Activation, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Creative, and Admin, fostering a skilled team and optimizing budget for maximum ROI.
  • Drive brand consistency across all channels, advertising, packaging, digital platforms, and events by leading the development and implementation of unified brand standards.
  • Oversee brand health and positioning by guiding strategic initiatives that strengthen brand equity, refine communication guidelines, and elevate customer perception.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Oversee high-impact initiatives such as product launches, consumer roadshows, and brand activations, while ensuring timely coordination through effective marketing calendar management.
  • Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to drive strategic marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance through KPIs and ROI metrics, using data dashboards and market research to optimize results and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales and Senior Management to ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to guarantee the successful delivery of marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated MBA and MMM (more preferable)
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the marketing field
  • At least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role
  • Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, strategy building, and team leadership (especially in the automobile or similar industries)
  • Strong knowledge of automobile industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand building, campaign execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Existing network of agencies and industry partners is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and the local language
