Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive sales growth and achieve company sales goals.
Manage the marketing team to assigned territory, providing overall guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure the meeting of sales objective and development of monthly sales growth.
Supervise and monitor the daily routine of marketing staff to ensure effective way plan.
Lead and motivate the marketing team to ensure maximize their performance and productivity by providing coaching, continuous on-the-job training, and regular constructive feedback.
Conduct regular team meeting, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure the sales team is aligned with company goals, continuously improving their skills, and staying motivated to achieve targets.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance regularly to ensure meet and exceeds sales targets.
Setting out sales target to marketing staffs through reviewing sales achievement and sales potential.
Developing and building sustainable good relationships with customers through supervision and guidance of sales representatives.
Actively participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, industry marketing events, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and brand awareness.
Plan and execute promotional events, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationship-building activities.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.
Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Coordinating and co-operation with other department to ensure smooth delivery of products and good customer support.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in M.B.B.S. is preferred.
An MBA in Marketing is an added advantage and will be considered more favorably.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing field, including at least 3 year in a managerial role.
At least 3 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
In-depth industry knowledge and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing practices.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and proven experience in team management.
