Develop, propose, and execute the Country Strategy, and Marketing Plans;

Jointly responsible for the Country Net Sales, Gross Margins, and Marketing Cost Centre;

Responsible for the Marketing Mix: Product Management including New Product Development, Positioning/Price Management, Proposing Place/Channel Strategy, and Promotions;

Promotions encompasses Consumer Promotions, Trade Promotions, ATL/BTL, 360 Degree Communications, and Brand Building / Activations;  Marketing Team Management, and development;

Job Requirements

Age: 25-35 years;

Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Business Management, with Financial literacy;

Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in a Marketing Leadership role either in the Paint or Consumer Products Industry;

Type: Strategic, intelligent, analytical, dynamic, results-oriented, strong execution skills, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and presentation communication skills; Competencies: meeting the TOA DNA;

Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office

Language: proficient in Burmese and English;
