Job Overview

M&E Team Supervisor will oversee in coordinating all the installation, maintenance, and repair work at all sites. Manage and coach teams according to their projects' requirements.

Skills & Responsibilities

Installation and Maintenance: 
• Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate efficiently. 
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to identify and rectify potential issues. 
Repairs: 
• Diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems and execute necessary repairs. 
• Replace or repair defective components, such as compressors, motors, and fans. 
System Testing: 
• Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of air conditioning systems post-installation or repair. 
• Evaluate system performance and make adjustment as needed for optimal efficiency. 
Documentation: 
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. 
• Provide detailed reports to clients and supervisors regarding work performed. 
Customer Interaction: 
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address concerns. 
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers regarding system upgrades or replacements.
Compliance and Safety: 
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. 
• Stay updated on advancements in HVAC technology and relevant regulations.

• Graduated in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 
• Additional Certificate in HVAC technology. 
• 3 to 5 years experiences in Operation & Maintenance of Air con installation and servicing 
• Team supervision experiences

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints 
• English Language (Conversational) 
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Ppt), Email Outlook 
• Communication skills 
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment. 
• Comfort working in various environmental conditions
