-Regular updation of product knowledge-Planning & abiding daily/monthly call plan for covering given set of customers-Ensuring frequency of visits to the given set of customers-SOS - Maintaining/updating the list of the target customers-In clinic - Effectively communicating about the brands on promotion-Daily conducting RCPA before & after call for expected returns per call/visit-Collecting & communicating the market information about customers & competitors-Communicating & maintaining the reports of the work accomplished-Achieving the business objectives for the financial year.

-Any Graduate-Minimum 1-2 years experience in related field-Effective communication & convincing abilities-Time management-Ability to work as team leader-Ability to motivate the team and Analytical abilities.
