Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

MR are responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals and other health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory.

  1. MR must provide the most current information pertaining to our products and their approved indications in a manner, which will ensure the appropriate use of these products and to achieve the sales targets of the territory.
  2. Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
  3. Provide product information and deliver product samples: demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists
  4. Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  5. Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback:
  6. Daily visit to doctor /lab/clinic/hospital to promote the product and maintain relationship
  7. Prepare and discuss weekly and monthly call doctors with superior to identify the target doctors, potency of each doctors and status of each target doctor
  8. Monitor product promotion activities by observing the market in order to evaluate the effective work process
  9. Field visit for sales call must be done individual and also together with supervisor/team leader.
  10. Allocation of time spent in the field must be 90% of total working time

Job Requirements

  1. Any graduate.
  2. At least 3 years of the MR experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Experience with Microsoft office, Excel & Email.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong ability to accomplish the sales targets.
  5. Can be willing to travel if needed.
