Data support to Senior Supervisor/ Manager.
Strong understanding of the Myanmar market.
Responsible for handling the main product categories well.
Responsible for purchasing and sourcing assortment.
Responsible for hitting sales targets. (80%)
Creating eye-catching store layouts that showcase the brand and aesthetic of the company.
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to continually improve visual merchandising strategies and displays.
Monitoring and responsible for the overall display and ordering process.
Ensure that all displays meet brand standards and guidelines.
Investigate the market price and deal with suppliers.
Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
Negotiating the costs of inventory for multiple stores.
Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices.
Preparing and making suggestions to set the selling prices.
Tracking inventory movement and systematically planning, implementing promotions, sales, price changes, etc.
Ensure the right product quality and specification. Run quality control and product testing.
Forecast market trends and monitor supply and demand.
Follow and evaluate suppliers' performances regarding price, delivery, supply, and quality consistency.
Ensures the timely delivery of quality products at the lowest possible cost.
Examine promotion details and resolve any pricing discrepancies if needed.
Detail price change and proceed Return process in detail.
Ensuring retail staff are well informed on product details and promotions.
Handle all supplier inquiries and requests.
Dealing consignment sales process with suppliers.
Well planning and organizing the inventory budget control.
Supervise, coach and support the subordinate merchandising team with an aim to ensure efficient and productive daily operations.
Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by Sr. Supervisor/ Manager.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate & other related diploma holders are preferable.
Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing and procurement fields, and good sales knowledge will be an advantage (Retail or Wholesale).
Well knowledge of products such as IT/ Furniture/ Electronic/ Sanitary/ Electric and Lighting/ Tools and Hardware/ Paint and Chemical/ Machinery/ Tile/ Ceiling and Partition/ Doors & Windows/ Building Structure.
Must be creative and detail-oriented.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making aptitude, and presentation skills.
Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, sociability skills, and multicultural skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be able to work independently and under stressful situation.
Must be able to travel to required branch offices.
