Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Act as a liaison with excellent customer service and work with merchant. Resolve customer complaints for any errors or product situations or terms and conditions.
  • Do product quality control and negotiate business arrangement with merchants
  • Find new merchants to join with our ecommerce platform
  • Get all merchants information, price, menu and delivery picture and data entry as per requirement of ecommerce platform
  • Manage and review product presentation on site to ensure correct categorization, images, pricing and promotional offers are accurate
  • Monitor online customer feedback, and be the main point of contact for website queries
  • Prepare the requirement documentation for contract signing and provide onboarding training for merchant.
  • Keep the documents/information and to do the paperwork systematically and accurately
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments to meet team’s goal and instructions
  • Monitor sales reports and performance analysis for the merchant and market regularly and prepare monthly report summit to management
  • Make market research for onboarding and sourcing of merchant
  • Any job/project that may be assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to build rapport with internal and external business partners. 
  • Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft office
  • Analytical skills with knowledge of Google tools
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, keen to learn and able to work independently
  • Good command in English
