Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Purpose: Responsible for revenue generation, and penetration strategies, overseeing and managing the fintech division's operations

 

Responsibilitiess:

  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the fintech division
  • Monitor and optimize operational performance, including key metrics, to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensuring high-quality service
  • Develop and implement optimization plans to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance customer experience
  • Investigate root causes of metric deviances, customer complaints and operational problems. Lead incident management and develop solutions to prevent recurrences.
  • Drive key operational metrics such and Identify improvement opportunities
  • Continuously monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify issues, risks and actionable insights.Create effective dashboards and reports
  • Handle queries, incidents and problems resolution and maintain service levels
  • Monitor, review and analyse MFS relevant distribution networks
  • Lead and motivate a team of operational staff
  • Set KPIs and OKRs for the team based on operational targets. Ensure targets are met through coaching, training and performance management
  • Focused on continuously enhancing the customer experience through improvements in operations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance to best-in-class fraud management standards, policies, and procedures
  • Provide audit reports for both Internal & External Audits
  • Support security audits and fraud risk assessment studies
  • Setup & ensure execution of processes to closely monitor all agent / merchant / aggregator related suspicious & fraudulent transactions, in coordination with Revenue Assurance.
  • Define & execute appropriate clawback policies
  • Lead daily platform operational tasks enhancements for business requirements to ensure platform functions are running according to business requirements and improve daily tasks
  • Identify new platform feature enhancements, and collaborate with platform vendor for fast & seamless implementation
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Project manage the on-boarding of new partners and clients, including liaising with IT to set up and support product and client integration

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant field.
  • 5 – 8 years of Total working experience in Mobile Finance Service Industry or Telecom Sector.
  • Detailed understanding of the MFS Industry, trends, Marketing Tactics, and operations processes.
  • Understanding of regulatory rules and regulations.
  • Strong experience in operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed and result-oriented approach.
  • Proven track record of driving operational metric improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and mentor a team.
