The role holder for Payroll business’s primary responsibility would be to analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide insights into the Payroll portfolio performance, customer behaviour, and risk profile. To be successful in this role, the individual will need to have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analytics tools and software, and a solid understanding of payroll service and risk management principles. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the individual will be working closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive business outcomes.

  • Sales Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends and patterns and produce actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure the dashboard is updated regularly with accurate payroll transaction data.
  • Provide insights and visual analytics to support management decisions.
  • Sales Performance Reporting: Create and maintain sales performance reports that measure the payroll portfolio performance against key metrics, including sales growth, delinquency rates, sales potential, and profitability.
  • Highlight challenges, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies that are based on data insights and aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist respective financial reports and collaborate with finance team for account reconciliation, budget tracking and reporting accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve data analysis processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Data Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance policies, including data privacy and security.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work actively with Finance, Operations, IT, and Sales to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Proactive Communication: Raise escalations and updates in a timely manner to avoid delays in service delivery.
  • Data Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensure all reports, dashboards, and analyses are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 years experience.
  • Prefer bachelor’s degree in computer science or any graduate.
  • Strong Teamwork excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective negotiation, excellent communication.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI tools is a plus.
  • More preferable keep in touch with banking solutions.
