  • Manage MM service operation processes and continuously improve existing processes
  • Keep up to date all system and operating documentation, properly implement and store
  • Ensure that all MM service operation processes are followed and that tools are available to effectively support MM service
  • Identify opportunities for internal and external processes’ optimization
  • Produce daily, weekly & monthly reports
  • Train Customer Care team
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience on Operational processes & rules
