  1. Monitor and improve outlet displays, merchandising, and branding execution.
  2. Plan promoter schedules and routes, and manage promoter performance.
  3. Maintain MT outlet relationships, monitor stock levels, and prevent stock-outs.
  4. Handle order processing, FOC deliveries, and follow up on in-store promotional activities.
  5. Drive MT sales targets and follow up on credit collection and overdue payments.
  6. Monitor competitor pricing, process supplier payments, and maintain daily sales and HPT reports.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of Modern Trade experience, preferably in FMCG.
3. Knowledge of merchandising, stock control, and outlet operations.
4. Experience in promoter management and sales coordination.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and sales reporting.
