Elementary Music Teacher(PKG-G5):

We are searching for a very organized, student-centered, and creative teacher with the ability to adjust to a variety of instructional settings and levels.

This dynamic music educator will bring music alive for all students. This position requires a highly collaborative, self-directed teacher.

The music curriculum includes singing, dancing, and playing instruments. The individual will have skills directing performances, e.g, year-end and school festivals. This candidate should be comfortable working in a proficiency-based learning system and using standards to measure student growth. We desire a candidate with a strong interest in developing our Visual and Performing arts program, with specific ideas and expertise on building new opportunities in music for our diverse student population.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Minimum 2 years experience teaching music to young learners (in an international school setting) 
  • Knowledge of curriculum development
  • Advanced level written and spoken English
