Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our construction teams to provide accurate estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy in cost forecasting.
• Play a vital role in the project planning and budgeting processes, offering insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, including materials, labor, equipment, and other resources, to deliver comprehensive and reliable cost assessments.
• Assist in developing project timelines and schedules in coordination with project manager.
• Monitor and evaluate cost variances during project execution, providing recommendations for cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Participate in procurement activities, working with team to source materials at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to optimize project outcomes, ensuring that the estimated costs align with project specifications.
• Utilize your technical expertise to review and validate contractor submissions, change orders, and variations, maintaining accurate cost records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present clear and concise cost reports to project stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making at all stages of the project.
• Stay updated with Myanmar construction industry, regulations, and best practices to continuously enhance cost estimation accuracy and contribute to the company's growth.

• Age Range: 28 to 40
• Hold a degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil).
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in comparable positions and industries.
• Willingness to travel site locations, including outside Yangon.
• Strong team player with excellent collaborative skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities to convey estimates effectively.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work. On-site work may be required.
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Language Skills: Intermediate English
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
