Assist in preparing technical proposals, method statements, and execution plans for tender submissions.
• Review client Scope of Work (SOW), technical specifications, and contract requirements to ensure compliance.
• Prepare technical documentation, including manpower plans, equipment lists, maintenance strategies, and operational procedures.
• Support the development of cost estimates, resource planning, and mobilization plans for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and management teams to compile complete tender packages.
• Participate in clarification meetings and technical discussions with clients when required.
• Ensure operational activities comply with company QHSE policies, procedures, and client requirements.
• Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Support implementation SSHE (Safety, Security, Health and Environment) systems.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support contract compliance and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Participate in meetings, audits, and operational reviews.
