Job Summary
A hands-on Telecom Engineer supporting transmission network and FTTH operations in Hlaing, Yangon. The role focuses on site coordination, installation, troubleshooting, and service quality improvement across fiber access and transmission networks.

Key Responsibilities
● Support installation, testing, and commissioning of transmission and FTTH network equipment.
● Perform fault diagnosis, restore services quickly, and escalate technical issues when needed.
● Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
● Monitor network performance and assist in preventive maintenance to improve service uptime.
● Prepare technical reports, site records, and update documentation accurately and on time.
● Follow safety procedures and company standards during all field and technical activities.

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field.
● Experience in transmission network, FTTH, fiber optic, or telecom field engineering.
● Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, testing, splicing, and troubleshooting.
● Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, and site implementation plans.
● Good communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused attitude.
● Willingness to work in the field, travel to sites, and handle urgent fault cases.
● Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and equipment configuration.
