-ဘြဲ႕ရျဖစ္ရမည္။
-လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အၾကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး (၂)ႏွစ္ ရွိရမည္။
-ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ ကၽြမ္းက်င္ရမည္။ (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Internet, etc . . . . )
-Operation Department အတြက္ လိုအပ္ေသာ Report မ ်ားကိုလည္း အခ ်ိန္မွီတင္ျပႏိုင္ရမည္။
-လူမႈ႕ဆက္ဆံေရး ေျပျပစ္ေကာင္းမြန္ရမည္။
-အသင္းအဖြဲ႕ႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ႏို္င္ရမည္။
-Documentation ထိန္းသိမ္းျခင္းကိုလည္း ေကာင္းမြန္စြာ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
