  • Manage overall factory management. 
  • Responsible to lead production target, M & E Issue and quality control. 
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, quality control amd workforce management. 
  • Responsible leading Production Management, Process Optimiation and Cost Control, Quality Assureance and Complainance, Health, Safety and Environment, Team Leadership and Development.
  • Responsible to Inventrory and Supply Chain Coordination, Maintenance and Equipment Efficiency.
  • Can be manage smoothly operations circle. 
  • Can be manage good performance productivity hits target. 
  • Can be control employees work force and employees arrangement. 
  • Responsible to manage employees disciplinary control and Job assign. 
  • Can be work under pressure.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Over 8 years in manufacturing operations experience, 
  • Can be use Excel skill and English Communication level. 
  • Proficiency in system (like ERP, SAP).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision- making abilities, 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Can be work at Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone.
