Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee maintenance activities for equipment, machinery, and facilities across Production, Processing, Utility, and Maintenance areas using the Maintenance Management System (MMS).
  • Ensure 24/7 support and world-class equipment efficiency (ME%) through effective Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
  • Achieve Maintenance KPIs including ME%, downtime reduction, spare parts control, R&M cost reduction, and inventory optimization.
  • Manage R&M budget within business plan targets, driving cost-effective improvements and high-quality maintenance work.
  • Develop team capabilities through multi-skilling, job rotation, coaching, performance management, and support WCM and Plant 100 initiatives.
  • Manage external vendors and contractors for spare parts and maintenance services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and BP compliance.
  • Lead plant improvement projects including installation of new systems, lines, and equipment.
  • Oversee all maintenance activities for plant equipment, utilities, systems, and buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental standards, including adherence to legal requirements for utilities and electrical systems.
  • Enforce compliance with Food Safety Standards, Programs, and the 14 Life Safety Rules (LSR).

Job Requirements

  • Must be University/ Bachelor’s Degree (B-Tech, B.E – Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic)
  • Must have over 3 years of experiences in FMCG field.
  • Strong knowledge in maintenance field (both electrical and mechanical)
  • Advance PLC certified
  • Good Communication Skills in Local & English language
  • Computer Skills (MS Office)
  • Leadership/ Team Management Skills
