Oversee daily operations of the playground, including opening/closing procedures.
Ensure all play areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe.
Monitor capacity and manage crowd control during peak hours.
Conduct regular inspections of play structures, toys, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., OSHA, local guidelines).
Train staff on safety protocols and first aid/CPR (if required).
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise play attendants, party hosts, and cleaning staff.
Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for children and parents.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree. Degree in Hospitality, Recreation, or Business (preferred).
5+ years in facility management, childcare, or hotel or entertainment venues and 2+years' experience as management positions.
Strong leadership skills and team management skills.
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Have knowledge of child safety and play area management.
Ability to multitasks in a fast-paced environment.
